Application area
Poly-PUr-01A and Poly-PUr-01B is a fast–reacting two-component polyurethane resin.
Scope of application:
- hardening and stabilization of rock mass in mines, mines, tunnels;
- in construction to fill voids in reinforced concrete structures;
- filling and sealing of dry, wet cracks, seams and joints.
Description of components:
Component A is a mixture of polyester-polyols and modifying additives.
Component B is a modified polyisocyanate.
The mixture of components as a result of the reaction turns into rigid polyurethane.
Principle of operation:
The resin components are pumped using a special two-component pump in a volume ratio of 1: 1 with a pressure of 60-90 bar, while the components are thoroughly mixed in a static mixer and injected into the rock mass. Due to the high injection pressure, the resin fills all cracks and voids, polymerizes, stabilizes an array of rocks and reinforced concrete structures, ensures their solidity, reliable stability and tightness.
The recommended application temperature is 15÷25 °C. Before use, it is necessary to keep the resin components at a temperature of at least 15 ° C for 24 hours.
Attention! During operation, it is necessary to completely exclude the possibility of water entering containers with Components A and B!

- Component A: 25 L (27.5 kg) white canister.
- Component B: 25L yellow canister (30 kg).
In other containers on request.
Additionally, at the request of the customer:
- a compact two-component gear pump with a pneumatic drive is supplied;
- accessories for pumping: discharge and drain hoses, shut-off valves, coupling couplings, nipples, static mixer with replaceable plastic mixing element.
