Composite lattice flooring FD

Application area
POLY-CM® composite lattice flooring of the FD series is made by casting based on orthophthalic food resin and reinforced with fiberglass. For use in food processing and animal husbandry facilities.The flooring is designed to provide safe, durable, cost-effective and reliable solutions in conditions where aggressive environments and corrosive substances destroy metals and other structural materials..
In particular, it is used in mining enterprises as an analogue of welded lattice flooring, as well as as a screed for a mountain range. In construction and various industries (including the food industry) in the construction and construction of industrial platforms, ladders, bridges, steps, etc.
Composite decking is difficult to burn and does not accumulate an electrostatic charge, which is confirmed by test protocols for the flammability group according to GOST 12.1.044 and for electrostatic safety according to GOST 31441.1 and GOST 31610.0 (protocols are available on request).
Other names for this type of flooring are GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) or FRP (Fiberglass reinforced plastic) grilles
Service life: up to 25 years
[ Certificate of Conformity ]
[ Fire certificate ]
SURFACE TYPES OF POLY-CM DECKING:
Smooth surface. Composite lattice decking without anti-slip surface is used in the architectural design of buildings and structures, or in those facilities where anti-slip is not required.
Composite lattice panels with a concave surface are used in structures where slip resistance and ease of cleaning the surface of a composite lattice are required (interstory floors, staircases, service platforms, overpasses, etc.)
The working surface is sprinkled with quartz sand. This type of flooring has the highest anti-slip properties. It is used for especially dangerous places of industrial enterprises. The use of decking with quartz sand will ensure the safest possible movement of a person on a composite lattice flooring.

AREAS OF APPLICATION:
• Mining industry;
• Oil industry;
• Chemical industry;
• Aircraft industry and airfields;
• Shipbuilding industry and seaports;
• Bridge construction;
• Urban and transport infrastructure;
• Water treatment plants;
• Agriculture and livestock farms.
Compared with traditional welded decking (ladders), composite decking has the following advantages:
COST-EFFECTIVENESS AND LACK OF MAINTENANCE can significantly reduce the cost of installation, maintenance and transportation. Unlike metal grating, composite flooring does not require staining, since the necessary pigments are included in the feedstock.
LOW WEIGHT AND EASY INSTALLATION - сomposite lattice decking is 4 times lighter than metal analogues, can be installed manually and dismantled without the involvement of additional equipment. Do not lose their properties during disassembly and re-installation.
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE AND FIRE RESISTANCE , high resistance to aggressive environments, which significantly extends the service life.
ABSOLUTE ANTI-CORROSION resistance of the material allows you to maintain its integrity and reliability throughout its service life.
